What shipping methods do you use?

FelixChem is proud to use UPS shipping methods. We integrated UPS Live Rates into our website so the price quoted for shipping is based upon your chosen shipping method (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air with Cold Pack shipping – see below.) This means that the shipping label costs are customized to your address preventing overcharging by charging a flat rate. We do not add any handling or packaging costs to our shipping price (except for Cold Pack shipping.)

Do you offer cold-packed shipping?

We know that during the summer months, some areas of the United States experience severe heat. While the freeze-dried peptides should not be affected by these extremes, we DO offer cold-packed shipping via UPS Next Day Air.

How can I track my order during shipping?

Our shipping software automatically emails a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. You can also visit the “Track Order” link at the top of our homepage. If you do not see a tracking email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, reach out and we’ll get you the tracking number.

How do I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. We kindly request that you dispose of any unwanted products responsibly.

How can I get a replacement order?

In the event that you received an incorrect or damaged order, we will process a replacement upon receiving adequate proof of a defect. Replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to inquire about a refund. We ask that you speak with us before initiating any kind of dispute or chargeback. We vehemently challenge all credit card payment disputes and have a system of documentation in place sufficient enough to convince credit card providers that a dispute is not warranted. Repeated disputes will be referred to your local district attorney as evidence of intentional fraudulent transactions. Seriously, reach out to us first and we’ll do what we can to make everything right. (Remember, buyer’s remorse isn’t a valid reason for a refund with these products.)

I have a question about using the products?

We cannot and will not answer any questions about the products other than the same basic information that is available on our website. If you reach out, know that we cannot discuss any processes other than laboratory or academic procedures with members of the academic research community. (Prepare to prove your credentials.) 

Where are your products manufactured?

We source all of our products from highly reputable overseas providers with certified manufacturing facilities capable of producing the highest level of products that meet our standards of purity and sterility.

Are your products tested for safety?

We send randomized blind samples to an independent third-party laboratory for testing. You can rest assured that any products listed for sale on this website are tested and meet the highest standards for purity and safety.
